FIRST, LEARN TO SPELL!! You should especially learn to spell Diesel.

If you don't want to learn to spell, then at least use the spell check feature.

Next, work on sentence structure. You've made two declarative statements, but posed no questions.

What are the areas of waste, or loss of efficiency, Guest?

Friction? Waste Heat? Incomplete combustion of fuel? Energy wasted as acoutic emissions? etc. (ignoring parasitic loads, and other vehicle system issues.)

Pick one and try to reduce it.

Pick two and see if the interactions are significant themselves.

Certainly you might have some idea how to reduce these.

Look at a DOE for the changes you propose, (high and low or on or off for each)a TaguchiL8Matrix should do the trick to handle two or three variables and their interactions.

the Taguchi link above illustrates a different number of variables, but is adequate for the task you describe.

Hint: using onboard electrolysis to generate hydrogen gas from water to be burnt in your engine will NOT improve the efficiency of your engine no matter what some stupid people may tell you.
