	Does anyone subscribe to the view that every 14 Billion years or so,someone invents a particle accelerator?

	But the question is...each time is it the exact same person? That is, does the universe reset and repeat events exactly as before? Or is it some different fool each time? And even if it is the same person...can we really call him/her the same? Should they at least be given designation "Fool in Universe Cycle #45582584" for example? Clearly questions that can only be answered with the aid of several strong drinks. And possibly an optional lap dance, for perspective.
