How do I determine adequate gutter space in distribution board?

Hello,

Is it one wire or 50 wires in the trough? What diameter is the wire. Calculate or physically draw the circles to represent each wire in the trough. Allow space for all known wire diameters and add a 15-20 percent fudge factor.
