Best way is to upgrade to ISA 2006 Service Pack 1...

Creating access rule , to filter http://mail.gmail.com will do the required job.

One can post by ISA 2004 but it can be fooled by re-routing, ISA 2006 with Service Pack 1 cannot be fooled. Sure, the access rule works, just works better with the upgrade.
