Start with the local telephone directory business pages, and look for training outlets. Then, "let your fingers do the walking", as the catch-phrase goes.

This is certified course and as far as I know abt SWRL India .. they dont conduct any classes for it on individual pay basis but they conduct corporate trainings.. So you need to go thr thro some company which sends their employees for training..
