Acid dyes manufacture is such a lengthy procedure for individual dyes-like raw material organics,processes like nitration, sulphonation and sodium salt formation etc.

It is better on your part to refer books on Dyes manufacture, Dye Chemistry / synthesis, Chemical Technology of Dyes and so on. The subject matter is vast and search for publications from-SDC,PROJECT REPORT BOOKS etc.

Search also for Textile / Chemical Technology institutes websites and get further information.
