Only possible if the flow is constant or at least discharges the same volume at consistent cyclic intervals.

Hi there,

There is no software I know of that will tell you what meter type to select. There are however some websites that allow you to input the process data and they will then advise you on the meter technology to use.

There are also very good books that have look up tables. Instrument Engineers Handbook - Process measurement and analysis.

However - you should be aware though that you might actually have to do some calculations to verify the technology type to be used.

Regards,

Craig
