Water Pouch Project

I WANT TO START MULTILAYER PROJECT FOR WATER POUCH. HOW TO MAKE PROJECT WITH COSTING, SELECTION OF M/C , MATE , SPACE. PLEASE GUIDE ME.

First, turn off your caps lock. It's rude to be shouting at others. Now, it appears you want to start a factory manufacturing water pouches. Please specify the number of pouches to be produced per day, storage capacity of the pouches etc, and especially the design of the pouches, since their designs will affect your manufacturing process flow and machine selection. Without such detailed information you won't get any helpful answers.
