Flow Conversion Question

plaese i need some help to convert the flow in flow meter from 200000 Nm3/h to m3/h natural gas.

temperature max:60 degree C

pressure: 7 bars

plaese if you can send me the formula , to be alwyas use in any coversions for natural gas flow.
