Wall in Cooling Water

I am making a tank in highest cooling water degree is below 14F . one step 9 inch breaks wall than 4 inch concreate with rebar.ans thrid step again 4inch breaks wall pls tell me that wall will kracks or not thanks

Hi pls can you help me on this mater.my problem i have a water tank . we want to parttion two.one narmall water and other very highest cool dgree.14F....can we make cancreet wall between ..cancreete will crakes or not.? pls adv me If possble how we can? thanks

As others have indicated, your English is very hard to understand. It sounds like you are trying to build a reinforced concrete water tank that can withstand freezing down to 14°F (-10°C).

A recent (within the last month or two) thread discussed essentially the same topic. The answer is NO. It would take concrete many feet thick to withstand the pressure. The tank would essentially have to apply sufficient pressure to maintain the water in liquid form.
