Can any body put here formula to calaculate winding resistance at 75degC if given value of resistance is at ambient temprature?

Simple - get the temperature coefficient of the material - which you know but not us.

The resistance of a conductor can be calculated by the following formula

R2 = R1[1 + α1 x (T2 - T1)] where

R1 = resistance at initial reference temp T1

R2 = resistance at Temperature T2

α1 = temperature coefficient of resistance at T1 and metal having a resistance R1

T1 = reference temperature

T2 = temperature at which the resistance R2 is desired

copper - α1 = 0.00385 at 25C Aluminum - α1 = 0.00395 at 25C

Using this information the equation is R2 = R1 x [234 + T2]/[234 + T1] for copper

R2 = R1 x [228 + T2]/[228 + T1] for AL
