die are not available now but it comes in 16mm,18mm,...........diameters right.

Plunger , or the rod that goes onto the die.

Do you have any dwg or sketchs?

Your requirements looks to be too small, and that too may be one off. That may be the reason the manufacturers are not responding.

Better to get hold of some local press manufacturer and get it made to your spec.

Why don't you google - i did and got quite a few companies - "Hydraulic pellet press small" and try to select your country in search "pages from..." or even better your local area.
