20KV distribution line material supplier from Tajikistan

i am working on a hydro design study in afghanistan, very near Tajikistan. The voltage system is 20KV, different from what i am used to. Can someone help me with contact addresses of hardware suppliers (galvanized poles, insulators, transformers, lightning arresters, and misc items) needed for 20KV distribution line). I thought of Tajikistan due to its proximity from site and easy access.
