2002 Chevy Cavalier - Stuck Door in Closed Position

11/03/2009 9:42 AM

My 02 cavalier door is stuck in the closed position...It has manual locks and the outside key lock has been missing for some time now. There is a hole there and I can see two rods but all they do is make the door handle go up and down...Any ideas?

Enter through another door and pull the lock pin up?

Get a giant pry bar and pry the door open. This will break the lock so that the door will now be open all the time. Get a chain and lock to put through the window opening to hold the door shut when you are moving.
