EEPROM and Threshold Voltage Shift

when the EEPROM is in a writing operation by the mechanism of n-MOSFET Fowler Nordheim(FN) tunneling ,what is the factor that affect the threshold voltage shift?how many parameter will cause it?

If this is a practical problem you should refer to the data sheet for the E²PROM in question.

If theoretical then Wikipedia seems pretty good:-

Randall, I would have to guess it's neither practical or theoretical, but educational in nature (read: homework). I could be wrong, but that's how I read it.
