Test Bench Timer

Hi for CR4 crew

I have a test bench hartridge for testing fuel injection pump the timer for my machine now is not working and the test bench hartridge 1100 is too old . the question is can any body help me how to solve this problem.

This timer working according to speed give signal to soleniod to open the shutter.
