What is the effect if we bank 2 units transformer with different KVA rating to produce 3-phase connection?

Mismatch of per-unit impedance and hence unbalance on both sides. That is provided your load conforms to the lower rating transformer.

surseco; i see this done all the time, you might have a 50 kva single phase 240/120 volt transformer & need 3 phase for a air compressor, or ? , you add a 25 kva single phase 240 volt transformer to make a open delta 3 phase power bank. perry
