Corten Steel

What is Corten steel of Grade A means? Whether precision strips of this grade are available in International market? My purpose is for fabricating grating assembly. If so, What kind of welding is advisable? Thanks

International standard ASTM A 242 alloy steel (also called 'COR-TEN A')
