Here is Varna, Bulgaria. This 2009th year is a year of a great saturation with mobile cell stations just over the heads ours kids - the city buildings are not more than seven floors - these stations are functioning permanently - without any science power limitations - without any citizen information from the side of the Varna Municipality. The number of the mobile operators raising up every God's Day both with the cell stations - on every corner - more than one at so short street distances.
