By omitting the period at the front, a Google search of this phrase yielded 2240 hits. Some of them might be helpful.

There are many methods and techniques to clean a finned coil. Application of the coil and the environment it is working are few factors to be mentioned to suggest the cleaning method.

If you are talking about cleaning the fin area, I use a combination of compressed air and a good shop vac to catch the mess.
