Start by producing an I/O list and writing a Functional Specification.

Seems as though all of the answers he gives in threads link back to the same commercial website, where there really does not appear to be any answers. He appears to be using thread postings and responses to drive traffic to his site.

HAH! Pretty clever. Or, in places where it is considered unethical to mislead, it may be better said as underhanded, unscrupulous, unprincipled, immoral, deceitful...

JRaef, I am sort of the 'new meat' around here... should such practice be reported to admin? Or, will he go away on his own?

With the simulation system on the machine, it is expected that learning PLC for beginner, can be understood well.
