I am trying to figure out what you are doing.

a piece of glass is sand blasted, the other side is silvered by the classical sugar reduction process. After that, a special pain is applied.

you can also silver the sandblasted side, but it will be less reflectivs.

silvering links, find one you like

Dear Aurizon,

Thanks for your responseWhat I'm doing is to make a sandblast rectangular window on a piece of silver mirror for lighting, this process destroy the protective paint and the silver layer exposed to the atmosphere and caused corrosion.I need to protect the window edges, what's the best way?

Why don't you just spray the clear area with any of a number of clear plastics, like Varithane.
