It is possible for u to get it,But first can u interprete power and control cct diagrams and are u familiar with contactor controls(ie knowledge of contactors, relays, generator kick starters, fuel solenoids, temperature and pressure switches etc). Can u also calculate yr component ratings?

I am asking because u need to hv the sound knowledge of control ccts generally.U need to specify the gen set voltage, rating of the kick starter(ie in Amps) as well as fuel solenoid, the engine speed etc.All these will help in calculating for the components sizing for both power and controls,eg-Power Breakers,Power contactors, control breakers, control AC and DC relays/contactors,undervoltage,overvoltage and phase failure relay etc.

Also we need to know yr maximum load when using utility supply, unless yr gen.set kva is higher than yr utility supply xformer. Then we may use 125kva to calculate.

Have in mind the following ccts that make up the AMF(ATS).Utility Power/Control cct(AC),Generator Power/Control cct(AC),Generator engine automatic start/stop control cct(DC-12V or 24V as yr gen is rated) in the event of failure of local utility supply. All the above ccts are interlocked thru Relay/switch contacts that makes it to be Automatic Mains Failure(AMF) Panel or Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS).

hai patrick , thankss for quick response

I have working exp in industrial automation but now i m n manufacturing ind so i want ur help , i m trying to gain knowledge abt contactors ,relays , kickstarters , fuel solenoids, temp swtches , s tere any gud website to gain knowledge abt tese things.

ok i m giving u the ratings of 3 phase amf panel tat i want .

  1. engine parameters

2. Engine KVA - 110 kva

3.ac volts - 415 volt

4.ac amperes- 153

5.ps- 50 ,6.ph -3

7.PF-0 TO 8

8.CONNECTION -STAR

9.EXCITATION VOLTS -270

10.EXCITATION CURRENT- 5.5

11.ENGINE SPEED - 1500 RPM

12.RATINGS OF KICK STARTER - -50 TO 0 TO +50 A

13.GENERATOR SET VOLTAGE -415V

14.FUEL SOLENIOID - 10A

  • DC - 24 V
  • A M F KVA - 200KVA

GIVE ME THE CIRCUIT TO sibisunny@gmail.com as soon as possible first quickly u can give basic circuit diagram as i want to briefly study it & after designed circuit as per ratings .the panel is for three phase.kbye
