This is a basic theory of AC power. An electrical Engineer should know it . In simple terms active power is useful work done kW and reactive power is wasted energy kVAR . When the power factor is unity KVA = kW and kVAR is nil(zero) Depending up on the value of PF the the kVAR changes. So always maintain PF near to unity to avoid wastage of energy . Please search in google for reactive power it you get good knowledge. Please understand that this site is not a class room . 'Young man' read books and get knowledge and apply it in your practical work and gain experience and when you face a real problem ask here you will get lot of expert advice they won't let you down.
