http://www.asnt.org/shop/merchant.ihtml?id=5&step=2

http://www.asnt.org/certification/Cert_titles.pdf

This should help.

As was already posted Google searches such as "ASNT training" or "ASNT training classes"

Organizations and Institutes connected training in Welding, Quality Control, Welding Inspection conduct Level II -- NDT training in RT, UT, MT, PT VT ET etc. on the rules of SNT/ TC/1A and your country may also have institutes to conduct similar sessions. Please check up.

ASNT ( American Society for Non Destructive Testing) is very popular all over the world and conducted at many places including in India. If you are not able to trace in your country, you can come over here and we will help you.

After completing Level II certification and obtaining competitive working knowledge, you can attempt Level III certification in respective methods independently.

Sridhar.

Sending manuals or video presentation may not be much help. In each method, you have to understand the basic concepts, theory and do practical (mandatory) training and score minimum 70% and aggregate 80% marks in General, Specific (objective)type examinations and also in Practical.

Apart from study materials, guidance by an expert coach is also needed to understand the subjects and do well in future.

A non distructive test is when you want to test the result of some equipment being repaired or in situe without breaking or destroying the metal.Others have advised to look in to Google; for details pls follow.

Read this and if you have further question feel free to ask me and will try to help as much as I can. This is typical of when you change the materials by introducing defect some of the frequency will reflect back and that can be analyzed for the defect. This is simple explaination but there is more to it and will help you to read
