Microsoft Surface Discussion

I have some questions about the new MS product, The surface..

can anyone give info???

Few questions are,

Can it sync with any phone or will i need to wait till the surface enabled phones arrive??

Can it sync with other 3rd party apps like a normal desktop???

Will it facilitate personal usage application???

India doesn't seem to be on the list. but there are instructions as to how to contact the right people at microsoft, as well as partners. I can't imagine you not being able to get one. I find it odd india isn't on the direct list, but then neither is china.
