We are using with GTAW SFA-5.28 ER90S-B3 and for SMAW SFA-5.5 E9015-B3.

Preheat 250ºC

Interpass 250ºC

PWHT 730ºC +/- 15ºC Min 2 Hours

Up to date every things were right.

May be soaking is require and a very low cooling rate. Do you have the corresponding WPS/PQR?

The T/P is supposed to representative of the WPS. What is the configuration of the Weldment? What is the thickness? What is the weld angle? If this is a AWS D-1.2 T/P, the thickness and configuration are considerations for certification.
