For larger manufacturing quantities, you will have to investigate the anticipated pressure differentials that you will encounter with your filter, quality of the seal provided, anticipated lifetime of usage, contaminants expected to name just a few of the concerns on the air filter seal design. Next you must do a study of the possible materials that will meet these criteria. Likely you will find that some of these materials will be better than others in some categories and that some will have enviormental concerns while curing. Depending on which material you have now chosen, you must now build or locate a plant to fabricate this filter.
