what are the rubber grades, specially food grade rubber?

Where are you? In the USA I'd check with the FDA.

I imagine they are different in China and other places.

That's all you get with the pitiful amount of information you have provided.

what LL said, ......depends on the application buna-n (nitrile) is common, as in high heat edpm except in some dairy process like cooking cheese the edpm will break down from a reaction to the milk fat and high heat. ask you vendor and tell him/her your application.
