Energy Team Leader

This position will lead energy engineers and manage technical projects including energy audits, retro-commissioning and analysis, energy modeling, assessments of existing facilities, as well as lead or contribute to sustainable design, and LEED projects. Essential functions of the position include

- Identify and evaluate energy efficiency and energy conservation measures through energy audits and plan / specification review (architectural, mechanical, electrical) using spreadsheet analysis and energy modeling tools (e.g., eQUEST).

- Manage Retro-Commissioning Projects, functional teams, client expectations and project finances to meet established goals and metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Bachelors of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or suitable equivalent combination of certification, education and experience

Ø At least 7 years experience in energy engineering, analysis, and project management. Preferred candidate will have experience managing other engineers and direct reports

Ø Excellent oral communication and writing skills

Ø Strong communication skills for report writing and presentations to clients.
