Find out why... Either you have fluctuations in your system for one reason or another, which should be diagnosed, or you have a faulty transducer which needs replaced.

I'll call the process engineer and have him check it out. He may be qualified, you don't seem to be.

It appears that whenever an operator tells of trouble, you should ask CR4 for help.

That's priceless!Poor guy's got leaky tubes, too. When it rains it pours, I guess.

I turned him on to LD™ vac tape for his leakieness.

I was wondering if we can market LynDoor™MagicVacTape® as a Hookah repair. I think we may be able to make two sales.

Maybe his leaky tubes and pressure fluctuations are related?

No way. It's vacuum, not pressure.

Anyway, don't queer the sale, OK?

Say, another GREAT idea, partner! You go for that one.

Ya know, they just legalized medical MJ here in Arizona. Maybe we can put the tape on much smaller rolls and sell it to stoners patients at the head shops dispensary.

I'll call some of my pushers associates and set it up.

When it rains it pours, I guess.

And small amounts of it in low range DP transmitter tubing can play havoc with the signal's stability.

He already has leaky lines.

Tell him/her you know that and explain that the pressure is not a constant and is supposed to fluctuate.

This either answers his/her question or your operator needs to provide more information to you so you can supply it to this forum (so we can do your job for you perhaps).

If this is a homework question, just write "ask CR4" as the answer. After having a look at your previous posts you are either seriously out of your depth in your job or these are homework questions.
