Air Compressor Capacity?

Hi,

I need your help to decide air compressor capacity.

Please refer to the following ST(steam turbine) vendor's information.

[ Estimated ST air consumption: static 65 Nm3/h, dynamic 1952.4 Nm3/h ]

Q1. What is the difference of static & dynamic?

Q2. What is the recommended air compressor capacity (2x100%) to cover above air consumption only?

We need to know why you can't talk to the steam turbine vendor over the telephone on this one.
