Look here about a 1/4 down the list you will find 515 and 516.

The gr.70 is grade, its related to tensile strength of the steel.

A 516/A 516M2006Pressure Vessel Plates, Carbon Steel, for Moderate- and Lower-Temperature Service
A 515/A 515M2007Pressure Vessel Plates, Carbon Steel, for Intermediate- and Higher-Temperature Service
