My burning 12 MnT oil/day & 12 MnT coal/day CO2e = 22.6 BnT/Yr

Andy tech by 1/3 technology reduce CO2e TO 1/3 = 7.5 BnT/Yr

Hence CER = 15.0 BnT/Yr

INV 700 Bn$ RET 5400 Bn$/Ye

Don't get an attitude because you communicated poorly and failed to make a coherent point. We try to understand those whose first language is not English. However, this site is based on English communication. You should brush up on your understanding of English. You will be understood better. There are lots of translation sites on the web to help.

Bn is not an abbreviation for billion and Mn is not an abbreviation for million.

By the way, what is the topic of this thread?

So are you trying to tell us you got a new technology that will reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions and result in cost savings or what? Because whatever you wrote there only makes such claims without telling us what your new technology is, what the principle of operation is or even what your point actually is.
