hey all,

i am working on cancer cure research bcoz i thought of ideas that i think are worth researching on.. but do u think all my efforts are worth??

hi derik,

maybe you should tell us about your efforts and ideas. Otherwise, how could we possibly say what we think about it. Other than the general statement, that we'd all like to see better treatments and cures for cancer, so it is a great undertaking in which all efforts are worthy. That is how science works, you know, we have to rule out the possibilities that turn out to be wrong. All of the research is valid, although it's true, only the discoverer of a 'cure' gets the thanks in the end!

Any endeavor to relieve human suffering is worth the effort...Having said that, I think research today focuses on treating the symptoms more than the causes...The treatments used today are prohibitively expensive, largely ineffective, dangerous, debilitating and uncomfortable...If you would spend your time fighting these cancers, then it might best be spent eliminating known carcinogens from human contact....Either way, I for one, think it's worth the effort...
