Battery System Voltage Selection

1. What is the relation between operating sequence of breaker and battery system voltage.

2. How to selelct the battery system voltage for particular substation?. This is required for design philosophy

i) No relation, whatsoever

ii) Depends on the operating voltage of the substation equipments control components
