That's easy! The formula is:

= PI * (some random number) * sqrt(-1) * mc²

Hence, you'll probably end up with an imaginary number.

NEC standard defines the size of wire as per equivalent size of circuit breaker. Applicable only for small loads like lighting or receptacle.
