Supply Air Header Pressure Falls From 100 to 50 PSI - Will Regulator Output Fail?

  1. IF SUPPLY AIR HEADER PRESSURE FALL FROM 100 PSI TO 50 PSI, WILL THE REGULATOR OUTPUT ALSO FALL?

If the output pressure is set higher than 50 psi yes

suppose if the out put is set at 40 psi it can give stable out put or not ?

The outlet pressure may also fall if the difference between inlet and outlet pressures becomes too low to enable full flow through the regulator. For this scenario, further detail is needed.

As jews55 already mentioned.....if regulator set for pressure less than 50 psi than output will affect even if header pressure will be 50 psi from 100 psi. but if you need 60 psi for your process then all u get is 50 psi only.
