i GOT A JOB OF qa /qC ENGG IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPNAY AND i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE OF MAKING WPS,PQR,WPQ IN STEEL WELDINGS AND HOW I CAN SELECT THE CORRECT ELECTRODE OR FILLER WIRE FOR THE CORRECT BASE METALS???PLAESE REPLY ME.

First of all switch off your caps lock pl.

You can get these details from your engineering contractor as all these things will be job specific. With material specification you will get required deails in ASME Sc IX.
