That may not be information they want you to know. That would make it easier to steal the TV signals.

but some dth operators displays the downlink frequncies of some tv channels

The government organization that controls TV channels may have this information. Check locally.

You can't do anything to digital encrypted pay channels.It will be activated only when they enable it in the hardware you connected to your TV.However the C-Band receiving frequency ranges from 950 to 1750MHz,Input impedance 75 Ohms,IF 479-5 MHz,IF BW 27MHz(3dB down),Output impedance 75 Ohms.
