You need to know the temperature....and pressure in kpa....kg is a measurement of weight not pressure....

Approximate using Ideal Gas Law:

PV=nRT

n=m/MW, so PV=mRT/MW

rearrange: m/V = ρ =RT/PMW

MW for O2 = 32

T = 298K

I'll leave the final step for you to find the R-value with consistent units (or convert units to fit the R-value units). From there it's a piece of cake.
