Dear all

I am non smoker non drinker aged 28 male.

still i am suffering from chronic constipatuion.

kindly suggest some natural remedy.

Syrup of figs poured over lightly stewed rhubarb. The rhubarb must come from the Rhubarb Triangle (please google this). You may enjoy the extra crunch provided by some crushed senna pods sprinkled across your dessert.

Before you try any natural remedy to your problem you should see a doctor. There maybe some underling medical condition that's causing it. One that the natural remedy may cause more harm then good. I would also discuss your choice of a remedy with the doctor. Get his input on it.
