Cylindrical Under Ground watertank

Dear Sir/mam,

Thank you for paying attenton to my question!!

I need to design wall of cylindrical Underground tank by Indian code.

Indian Code for water retaining structures (IS 3370 part -4) provides Shear force coefficients for H2/Dt ratio upto 16 only.

In case I have ratio greater than 16 ,, like 64 or 71 than which values of coefficients should I follow to design wall of such cylindrical underground tank?

Kindly let me know the solution.
