CCTV in Cable TV

We have installed 8 cc tv cameras in our co-op society premises and data recorded in storage device. What I am looking for live telecast in our tv through cable. All 112 flats have one cable tv service provider. Can we broadcast it through? Which device we can use ?

Please suggest.
