What is the difference between DIGITAL SIGNATURE and e-SIGNATURE.? Which is more reliable.?

No difference depending on who you talk to. Proprietors of these technologies will say their product is superior to others.

Mostly it would depend on the method of actual encryption of the signature and the security of the signature store.
