V-Belt Size

help me to get the size of v-belt,if the size of drive & driven pulleys are available.

Insufficient information; we need also to know the distance between pulley centers.

i think that you're assuming that the belt is running on half the pully circumference. that rarely happens.

all good answers. use a string to follow the path of the belt. that should get you in the ball park. i would add an inch or two to get closer to the right size.

The exact formula involves trig, but simpler estimates are good if the ratio of pulley diameters isn't too great.
