All "URGENT" requests should be forwarded to the URGENT request department of the Department of Redundancy Departments.

It will be reviewed for URGENCY and forwarded to the appropriate "Urgent Request" Department, during abnormal working hours.

If needed, you may also forward the request to the "'EMERGENCY' URGENT" request department.

You might also try the "Prayer Line" at 1-800-555-1212 ext. OMG.

Now, seriously, what are you trying to do?

Is it real, or homework?

Here's a site that came up when I searched "rollation method. Try it. May be the answer to your prayers. Tools

I normally take Sunday off. But since this is URGENT!!, I'll tell you to Google® 'developments and intersections' or 'sheet metal transitions and developments'. There may even be AutoCAD references there.

The Pipefitter's Handbook, by Thomas W. Frankland, shows a method for this. It is done by drawing and layout techniques, not by formula.

Some piping codes may not allow this type of field fabrication.

Reducer manufacturers publish dimension sheets.
