ASTM a 262

IGC as per ASTM A 262 is for SS Castings.Acceptance Criteria is 60miles as per EIL Technical Notes. I was not aware of the the acceptance Standard for IGC.In which code the acceptance criteria is given except EIL technical notes.Please help friends...

SS is assumed to be "stainless steel".

Undefined TLAs:

  • IGC?
  • EIL?

IGC reffers to Intergranular Corrosion Test and EIL means Engineers India Limited.
