Data Transmission on GSM Network

I want to transmit over GSM network mesurement datas from a PC1 to a PC2 distant 3km from the first. The PC1 has only an out Ethernet interface ( no serial ). the PC2 is an OPC server ( wonderware´s TOP server ) ( cf.image).I tought to use industrial GSM modem over Ethernet, but i do not know wich one will fit to this application. if you have any idea about a model that can fit ,it is welcome.
