Determining Wind Loads Per Code

I am a curtainwall engineer in the US and am new to the Ontario Code. We are currently working on a project in Ontario and I need to determine design wind loads. I looked in the Ontario code and found the formula to determine them but I cannot find anywhere the table that gives the velocity pressure "q" and the internal pressure coefficient Cp. Where are they found?
